This is a recent piece for The Baffler illustrating a story about a woman's fiance who was killed in the war and the night they spent before he was shipped off. I am really happy with how this one turned out and the mood reflects the article quite well.

 It's been quite a while since I posted anything. My appologies. Here are a couple pieces from last November.

This one was for Bust magazine about an ex-boyfriend who transitioned into a woman. We went through many sketches and ended up on this idea. An idea I had early on wasn't chosen but I have plans to still take it to finish.



This one was for the NY Times about psychological aid for the homeless in NY. My version is on the top but it was too specific so we decided to turn the couple into silhouettes. I like my little water tank which I added to give viewers a clue that it is NYC.
